Return to Work and Breastfeeding is a workshop for parents who are currently breastfeeding and planning a return to work or school in the coming months. Families will have the opportunity to learn about working with your body to continue your breastfeeding journey with and around your work schedule as well as tips and strategies for those families who are wanting to wean their baby.  This workshop will be offered Virtually over Zoom. It's All About Milk Supply: Many parents wonder if their baby is getting enough! Come and learn how to build and protect your milk supply and learn about normal feeding patterns. We're also happy to answer other breastfeeding questions!


Join our virtual group meet-up on Tuesdays and Thursdays as we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group.

Happening at 2pm on Tuesdays at Soper Park in Cambridge


Our in-person meetups will be weather permitting. If there is rain in the forecast, please refer to our social media (Facebook/Instagram) pages before heading to the location. Any same-day cancellations will be announced 1hr before the event.

After you arrive, sign in, and complete screening, find yourself a spot to sit. We do recommend that you bring a blanket for yourself and baby to sit on, and whatever toys/items you will require to keep baby entertained.

During Breastfeeding Buddies Cravings Connections sessions, Covid-19 restrictions will be observed. 2m distance is required between all participants from separate households, including children/babies. Masks are mandatory during screening, and any time a distance of 2m can not be observed.

Are you expecting a baby? Do you have breastfeeding questions? Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class.

At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.

We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!
