    At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding counselors that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.

    Coping with Crying: Feeling alone with a crying baby can make any parent overwhelmed; especially when breastfeeding isn't "working". Learning to understand your babies crying as a type of communication takes time and patience.
