October 11, 2022Coping with Crying: Feeling alone with a crying baby can make any parent overwhelmed; especially when breastfeeding isn't "working". Learning to understand your babies crying as a type of communication takes time and patience. Join us (even if your baby is crying) and take a moment for yourself to be around other parents who have been there.
Join our virtual group meet-up on Tuesdays as we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group.

Happening twice weekly, our playgroup is an excellent excuse to have some social time with other parents, and get to know other folks in the community. We will also have Breastfeeding Buddies on hand to answer any Breastfeeding, Chestfeeding, or Pumping questions that you might have, and connect you with local and online resources.
MONDAYS: Meeting at Victoria Hills Community Centre, 10 Chopin Dr, Kitchener
TUESDAYS: Meeting at Forest Heights Community Centre, 1700 Queen's Blvd, Kitchener

At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!
