10:00 am: Walk & Talk: LATCH ON CHALLENGE!10:00 am: Walk & Talk: LATCH ON CHALLENGE! – 
A very special Walk & Talk will be happening this week in celebration of Canadian Breastfeeding Week! We will be hosting a "Latch On Challenge", where we gather as many Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding/Pumping Parents as possible, and at 11am, everyone feeds their baby at the same time! If you are not local, you can join us on Instagram Live as we broadcast the event. We will be meeting at 10am in Victoria Park, near the Playground. At 10:55am, we will go live on our social media channels to celebrate Canadian Breastfeeding Week with those who can't make it in person to the event. Registration is NOT required for this drop-in style event. In the case of inclement weather, we will meet in the community room at Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre instead. |

Are you expecting a baby? Do you have breastfeeding questions? Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class. At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
