September 6, 2022Coping with Crying: Feeling alone with a crying baby can make any parent overwhelmed; especially when breastfeeding isn't "working". Learning to understand your babies crying as a type of communication takes time and patience. Join us (even if your baby is crying) and take a moment for yourself to be around other parents who have been there.

At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!

Is your baby teething? Are they distracted a lot when nursing? Have you gone through a nursing strike? Breastfeeding a busy, growing, moving baby presents new funny breastfeeding moments and unique challenges. Join us in discussing the ups and downs of breastfeeding a baby who is 6 months plus. If your baby is under 6 months, still come and learn about what is to come!!! -

September 17, 2022We are happy to announce that in-person workshops have returned! These workshops will have limited capacity, and all attendees must complete the Ministry of Education Screening HERE prior to entering the building.
Our in-person workshops will be held at EarlyON | Roger Street, 161 Roger St, Waterloo from 9:30-11:30am. Please refer to the registration form below for available dates.
