    Covered or not…. Public Breastfeeding
    Breastfeeding outside of the comfort of your home (or inside the home on a virtual call!) can seem very stressful. Many parents feel nervous, embarrassed, and worried about what others will think! Breastfeeding Buddies have learned strategies to breastfeed with confidence in any situation. Covered or not, join us to discuss tips, your concerns, your rights and ask questions.

    Are you expecting a baby? Do you have breastfeeding questions? Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class.

    At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.

    We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!

    Looking for something fun and family friendly to do this weekend? Why not come out to Kidspark! There'll be music, food, fun and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy! While you're there, be sure to stop by our tent and say hello! It's the perfect spot to beat the heat, have a seat and relax in the shade while nursing your little one.
