At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region. Happening at 2pm on Tuesdays at Soper Park in Cambridge
After you arrive, sign in, and complete screening, find yourself a spot to sit. We do recommend that you bring a blanket for yourself and baby to sit on, and whatever toys/items you will require to keep baby entertained. During Breastfeeding Buddies Cravings Connections sessions, Covid-19 restrictions will be observed. 2m distance is required between all participants from separate households, including children/babies.
