At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!

Families will have the opportunity to learn about working with your body to continue your breastfeeding journey with and around your work schedule as well as tips and strategies for those families who are wanting to wean their baby.
