Topic Descriptions

Person to Parent: Adjusting to life with a baby and breastfeeding are HUGE learning curves. We want to support you through this adjustment and answer any breastfeeding questions that you have!

Latching Isn't Easy...Ouch!: Latching and breastfeeding takes practice! We can help you improve your latch, and show you new positions to breastfeed in! Mastered the latch but have other breastfeeding questions? Please join us!

It's All About Milk Supply: Many parents wonder if their baby is getting enough! Come and learn how to build and protect your milk supply and learn about normal feeding patterns. We're also happy to answer other breastfeeding questions!

My Friend the Moon... Nighttime Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding at night has many hidden benefits for you and your baby. Stay in your PJ’s as we discuss nighttime breastfeeding and tips for getting rest. We are also happy to chat about other breastfeeding topics!

Coping with Crying: Feeling alone with a crying baby can make any parent overwhelmed; especially when breastfeeding isn't "working". Learning to understand your babies crying as a type of communication takes time and patience. Join us (even if your baby is crying) and take a moment for yourself to be around other parents who have been there.
