Join our virtual group meet-up on Tuesdays as we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group.

At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!

Join experienced breastfeeding buddies for a conversation about why breastfeeding beyond a year is normal and an important health decision for you and your child! Toddlers welcome!
