The baby's finally here... now what do we do!?” Come on out to your Local Early ON Centre for a drop in visit. No Registration Necessary........all age of babies and all feeding methods are welcome. This is your space to lean into the experience of parenthood, while meeting your personal feeding goals. It's a great way to meet other parents and find the tips, tools, and information you need to reach your family's Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding Goals. Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class. At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
