January 11, 2023Are you expecting a baby? Do you have breastfeeding questions? Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class.
At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!

January 14, 2023We are happy to announce that in-person workshops have returned! These workshops will have limited capacity, and all attendees must complete the Ministry of Education Screening HERE prior to entering the building.
Our in-person workshop will be held at EarlyON | Roger Street, 161 Roger St, Waterloo from 9:30-11:30am.
