We will be meeting at the Victoria Park Pavilion Parking Lot, and heading out to walk laps in the park with our Buddies and Babies. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay and chat with our staff, volunteers, and fellow parents about Breastfeeding, pandemic parenting, available resources in the community or any other topic you desire!

At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!

Is your baby teething? Are they distracted a lot when nursing? Have you gone through a nursing strike? Breastfeeding a busy, growing, moving baby presents new funny breastfeeding moments and unique challenges. Join us in discussing the ups and downs of breastfeeding a baby who is 6 months plus. If your baby is under 6 months, still come and learn about what is to come!!!
