November 28, 2022Join us with your little ones at local community centers this fall!
Happening twice weekly, our playgroup is an excellent excuse to have some social time with other parents, and get to know other folks in the community. We will also have Breastfeeding Buddies on hand to answer any Breastfeeding, Chestfeeding, or Pumping questions that you might have, and connect you with local and online resources.
MONDAYS: Meeting at Victoria Hills Community Centre, 10 Chopin Dr, Kitchener
TUESDAYS: Meeting at Forest Heights Community Centre, 1700 Queen's Blvd, Kitchener

November 29, 2022We are happy to announce that in-person workshops have returned! These workshops will have limited capacity, and all attendees must complete the Ministry of Education Screening HERE prior to entering the building.
This in-person workshop will be held at EarlyON | Oak Creek, 80 Tartan Ave, Kitchener 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Become a Buddy
Did you know that the Breastfeeding Buddies program of the Waterloo Region recently received a grant from the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation to expand peer breastfeeding support?
The campaign will mobilize many levels of partnerships to improve hospital-to-community supports and engage with priority populations to increase breastfeeding rates across Waterloo Region.
