My Friend the Moon... Nighttime Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding at night has many hidden benefits for you and your baby. Stay in your PJ’s as we discuss nighttime breastfeeding and tips for getting rest. We are also happy to chat about other breastfeeding topics!


Join our IN PERSON group meet-up on Monday Mornings at 10am as we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group.

There is no advance registration required for this program, though you will need to have a FREE KeyON account- you can sign up HERE

Join us with your little ones at local community centers this fall!

Happening twice weekly, our playgroup is an excellent excuse to have some social time with other parents, and get to know other folks in the community. We will also have Breastfeeding Buddies on hand to answer any Breastfeeding, Chestfeeding, or Pumping questions that you might have, and connect you with local and online resources.

MONDAYS: Meeting at Victoria Hills Community Centre, 10 Chopin Dr, Kitchener

TUESDAYS: Meeting at Forest Heights Community Centre, 1700 Queen's Blvd, Kitchener

Did you know that the Breastfeeding Buddies program of the Waterloo Region recently received a grant from the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation to expand peer breastfeeding support?

The campaign will mobilize many levels of partnerships to improve hospital-to-community supports and engage with priority populations to increase breastfeeding rates across Waterloo Region.

Stay tuned for updates on “The Building Supportive Breastfeeding Communities Campaign.”
