Latching Isn't Easy...Ouch!: Latching and breastfeeding takes practice! We can help you improve your latch, and show you new positions to breastfeed in! Mastered the latch but have other breastfeeding questions? Please join us!
Join our IN PERSON group meet-up at EarlyON Roger St (161 Roger St, Waterloo) Monday Mornings at 10am as we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group.

Become a Buddy
Did you know that the Breastfeeding Buddies program of the Waterloo Region recently received a grant from the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation to expand peer breastfeeding support?
The campaign will mobilize many levels of partnerships to improve hospital-to-community supports and engage with priority populations to increase breastfeeding rates across Waterloo Region.
