Coping with Crying: Feeling alone with a crying baby can make any parent overwhelmed; especially when breastfeeding isn't "working". Learning to understand your babies crying as a type of communication takes time and patience. EarlyON facilitators are available to provide support and information around early learning topics, community resources, programs and referrals in our play based environment.
Breastfeeding Buddy volunteers will be onsite each week to answer Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding questions, and provide resources for families in attendance.

Join CAWA (Canadian Arab Women's Association) and Breastfeeding Buddies, where guest speakers will discuss topics important to new or expecting mothers and provide educational advice with the intention of helping women through their motherhood journey. New or expecting mothers are also connected to one another through this program in order to cultivate a space of social and emotional support.

At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
