Weaning is a big and very important decision for families. Join this guided conversation when your baby is around a year old to talk about the How's and Why's of weaning. Maybe you are completely ready, maybe you are not sure, maybe someone else thinks it is time for you to wean. Talk it out and learn about other how families have experienced weaning.
Please note that this session is not aimed at babies who are six months of age or younger. The World Health Organization Recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months and two years of age and beyond with the addition of complementary foods.
