Person to Parent: Adjusting to life with a baby and breastfeeding are HUGE learning curves. We want to support you through this adjustment and answer any breastfeeding questions that you have. Join our IN PERSON group meet-up on Monday Mornings at 10am as we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group. At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
