This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding counselors that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.

Coping with Crying: Feeling alone with a crying baby can make any parent overwhelmed; especially when breastfeeding isn't "working". Learning to understand your babies crying as a type of communication takes time and patience.
