Families will have the opportunity to learn about working with your body to continue your breastfeeding journey with and around your work schedule as well as tips and strategies for those families who are wanting to wean their baby. After you arrive, sign in, and complete screening, find yourself a spot to sit. We do recommend that you bring a blanket for yourself and baby to sit on, and whatever toys/items you will require to keep baby entertained. During Breastfeeding Buddies Cravings Connections sessions, Covid-19 restrictions will be observed. 2m distance is required between all participants from separate households, including children/babies.
