March 10, 2020
Are you expecting a baby? Do you have breastfeeding questions? Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour breastfeeding class.
At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. Your support person (a partner, family member, or close friend) will also learn valuable tools and knowledge to support your breastfeeding journey, so we do encourage them to attend as well!
This workshop is lead by peer volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.
We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding goals!
We want to help you reach #yourbreastfeedinggoals!
