10:00 am: Virtual Latch and Learn! Topic: Person to Parent
Person to Parent: Adjusting to life with a baby and breastfeeding are HUGE learning curves. We want to support you through this adjustment and answer any breastfeeding questions that you have.
Join our virtual group meet-up on Tuesdays as we rotate through popular breastfeeding topics, answer your questions, and connect as a group.

10:00 am: Walk & Talk
Happening Thursday Mornings, 10:00am, at Victoria Park in Kitchener. We will be meeting at the Victoria Park Pavilion Parking Lot, and heading out to walk laps in the park with our Buddies and Babies. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay and chat with our staff, volunteers, and fellow parents about Breastfeeding, pandemic parenting, available resources in the community or any other topic you desire!
Registration is NOT required for this drop-in style event.
In the case of inclement weather, we will meet in the community room at Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre instead.

Did you know that the Breastfeeding Buddies program of the Waterloo Region recently received a grant from the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation to expand peer breastfeeding support?
The campaign will mobilize many levels of partnerships to improve hospital-to-community supports and engage with priority populations to increase breastfeeding rates across Waterloo Region.
