Is your baby teething? Are they distracted a lot when nursing? Have you gone through a nursing strike? Breastfeeding a busy, growing, moving baby presents new funny breastfeeding moments and unique challenges. Join us in discussing the ups and downs of breastfeeding a baby who is 6 months plus. Are you expecting a baby? Do you have breastfeeding questions? Was the last time harder than you expected? Sign up today for this free 2 hour VIRTUAL breastfeeding class.

At the Me Breastfeed prenatal workshop you will learn about what to expect the first 7 days after birth, how to overcome breastfeeding challenges and where to go for help and support. This workshop is lead by peer breastfeeding volunteers that have lived breastfeeding experience and are trained by the Breastfeeding Buddies Program of Waterloo Region.

We are here to help you meet your breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping goals!

We are happy to announce that in-person workshops have returned!  These workshops will have limited capacity, and all attendees must complete the Ministry of Education Screening HERE prior to entering the building.

Our in-person workshops will be held at EarlyON | Roger Street, 161 Roger St, Waterloo from 6:30-8:30pm.  Please refer to the registration form below for available dates.

Did you know that the Breastfeeding Buddies program of the Waterloo Region recently received a grant from the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation to expand peer breastfeeding support?

The campaign will mobilize many levels of partnerships to improve hospital-to-community supports and engage with priority populations to increase breastfeeding rates across Waterloo Region.

Stay tuned for updates on “The Building Supportive Breastfeeding Communities Campaign.”
